I support people in reconnecting to their inner truth, nervous system regulation, and relational wholeness through an integrative blend of counseling, somatic presence, intuitive energy work, and ceremony. My work is rooted in the understanding that healing happens on many levels at once: emotional, psychological, relational, energetic, ancestral, and spiritual. I work with individuals, couples, and groups who are seeking deeper self-understanding, honest connection, and sustainable transformation.
My counseling work is trauma-informed and relational, supporting people through life transitions, grief, emotional overwhelm, attachment wounds, identity shifts, and long-standing patterns that no longer serve. With couples, I focus on cultivating presence, emotional safety, authentic communication, and nervous system awareness so partners can move from reactivity into intimacy. This work supports couples in navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, deepening connection, and learning how to stay with one another during discomfort rather than withdrawing or escalating.
Alongside counseling, I offer intuitive energy healing sessions and psychic readings for people seeking insight, clarity, and energetic realignment. These sessions support emotional processing, energetic clearing, ancestral healing, and deeper connection to intuition and purpose. My intuitive work is grounded, consent-based, and integrated with psychological awareness, helping people translate insight into embodied change rather than remaining in abstraction.
I also facilitate grief ceremonies and group experiences that create safe, intentional space for collective healing. Drawing from years of ceremonial work, these gatherings honor grief as a natural, necessary expression of love and belonging. Group work allows people to be witnessed, reflected, and supported in ways that individual work alone cannot provide, restoring a sense of connection to self, community, and the larger web of life.
Across all offerings, my intention is to create a calm, grounded, and attuned container where people feel safe to be fully human. This is work for those who are ready to meet themselves honestly, tend to what has been carried for too long, and step into relationships and lives that feel more aligned, embodied, and alive.
